ART WORKSHOP PACKAGE
Commencing on Sunday 7th August 2022 at Castaways Resort, indulge in an all-inclusive hands-on creative escape, led by Wei Lun Ha, a full-time professional artist.
During this creative escape, Wei helps participants explore new techniques and understand a new way of painting using Chinese viewpoints.
Encouraging people to discover new ways to express themselves is Wei’s passion.

INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS
Join us for a 2-day/1-night retreat at Castaways led by Debbie Schultz, a qualified science-based mindfulness facilitator. This retreat is designed for anyone interested in learning about practical mindfulness exercises to help lower stress, improve mental well-being and encourage better sleep.
